It was 3 days ago, at Thursday, I was having experience of making onigiri.
Well, actually that day I only had 1 class, Tourism.
At that time, I feel so excited going to the classroom because Juiz [classmate of mine, she's on newest UC1000 CF with 2007 Ms.Universe, dancing salsa etc, so lucky!] said that we'll make onigiri so the students should bring rice to class.
It's quiet easy to make onigiri.
You only need rice, water, salt and nori.
Japanese rice is reccomended.
And for the filling, it's up to you.
You can fill the onigiri with salmon, tuna, tarako [fish egg], umeboshi [pickled plum], well...Anything you like ^ ^
First, you must wash your hand, remember...Wash it clean!
And then put some water on both of your palm, spread the salt, put the rice and then the fillings.
The point is, you gotta grip the rice until it covered the filling and put it in triangle shape.
Well, that's why it was called onigiri anyway.
Nigiri means grip, Onigiri means rice ball.
Maybe a little bit the same like Lemper in Indonesia, khkhkhkh...
This was all the results, I don't know which is mine.
But the boys in my class are very good for the 1st timer.
Those onigiri with faces on it are not mine, cute huh? x3
